PRIVACY POLICY
We at Bridge House, respect and wish to protect the privacy of the users of our services.

This document sets out the details of our privacy policy in relation to information collected.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION
If you wish to make a deposit over the telephone we will require your credit/ debit card number and expiry date plus your security code on the reverse of the card.

As part of the payment processing your financial information will be passed to a credit card processing company. No record of your financial information will be held by us following the processing of your payment.

The credit card processing company does not use, share, retain or store this information for any purpose, other than to process your payment for the above purpose.

We at Bridge House use our best efforts to protect your information; it is only given to employees who genuinely need to have access to it to perform their job. Furthermore, our security procedures for storing and disclosing customer details conform with the Data Protection Act 1998 so as to prevent unauthorised access to it.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If through unforeseen circumstances you are obliged to cancel your booking 14 or less days prior to the visit, we will have to charge the full amount unless we can re let the room. It is not always easy for us to re let as we work on a bookings only basis and are "off the beaten track" and therefore unable to attract "passers by".

REFUND POLICY
If you need to cancel ( 14 or more days before your arrival ) and have made a debit or credit card payment as a deposit on the room ,the full deposit amount will be refunded to you in the form of a cheque.
